Returns
We accept returns on most products within 7 days of delivery, provided that:
- The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- The product is in the same condition as received
- A valid proof of purchase is provided
Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene & Safety Reasons)
Due to the personal and intimate nature of certain products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on the following categories:
- Personal wellness and intimate products
- Items that have been opened, used, or tampered with
- Any product marked as “non-returnable” on the product page
This policy ensures the safety, hygiene, and well-being of all our customers.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect (wrong item delivered)
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at luxeglowshopify@gmail.com with:
- Your order details
- Clear photos/videos of the issue
Once verified, we will:
- Offer a replacement, or
- Issue a refund to your original payment method
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
Order Issues
- Orders that fail due to incorrect address or refusal to accept delivery will not be eligible for a refund
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details
