Returns

We accept returns on most products within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • The product is in the same condition as received
  • A valid proof of purchase is provided

Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene & Safety Reasons)

Due to the personal and intimate nature of certain products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on the following categories:

  • Personal wellness and intimate products
  • Items that have been opened, used, or tampered with
  • Any product marked as “non-returnable” on the product page

This policy ensures the safety, hygiene, and well-being of all our customers.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect (wrong item delivered)

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at luxeglowshopify@gmail.com with:

  • Your order details
  • Clear photos/videos of the issue

Once verified, we will:

  • Offer a replacement, or
  • Issue a refund to your original payment method

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

Order Issues

  • Orders that fail due to incorrect address or refusal to accept delivery will not be eligible for a refund
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details
